News from Visayan Daily Star:

The family of slain Police Officer 3 Rolando Malate yesterday raised concern over their safety and asked the Bacolod City Police to provide them security.

Malate’s brother, Reynaldo, claimed in a television interview that one of his late brother’s children saw an unidentified man on a motorcycle surveying their house on Friday, a day after the killing happened.
